I happen to have the habit dabbling in every few things. I get bored quickly and move on to the next till I feel like revisiting the last. These post will chronicle my foray into 'breaking the habit' of dabbling where fitness is concerned at least. The posts will be short, and probably not written to the best standards of literature, as first and foremost this blog serves as some sort of record and promise- a motivation of sorts to me; encouragement to 'stick to my guns' and indeed break the habit (in this area at least).
I'll be posting what I eat, what has worked for me, recipes, and my work out schedule.
